Wild Pickle Sauerkraut Workshop 11 February 10-1pm

We're thrilled to welcome Emma Cronin, from Wild Pickle, who will be guiding you through the process of making your own fsauerkraut using season organic vegetables.

This interactive class will guide you through the fermentation process, showcasing how to transform fresh vegetables into tangy, flavoursome, nutrient rich sauerkraut.

We will also be sharing various fermented food tasters with you in the form of a light lunch.
