We're thrilled to welcome Emma Cronin, from Wild Pickle, who will be guiding you through the process of making your own festive sauerkraut using season organic vegetables, cranberries, citruses and spices.
This interactive class will guide you through the fermentation process, showcasing how to transform fresh vegetables into tangy, flavoursome, nutrient rich sauerkraut.
We will also be sharing various fermented food tasters with you in the form of a light lunch.
