Rode Hall's Kitchen Garden - a feast for the senses!
14th June 2011
The kitchen garden will be coming into its own again from the end of June. It is a feast for the eyes and the tummy, as it provides much of the fruit and vegetables used in jams and chutneys in the tearoom and for sale on the Rode Hall stall at the monthly farmers market. The resident Head Gardener, Kelvin Archer, has grown record breaking gooseberries in previous years, and we wait to see if he can win back his record this year!
